The U.S. President's Hydrogen Fuel Initiative commits $1.2 billion over five years for the research, development, and demonstration of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. The work is being carried out under the leadership of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and in partnership with the private sector.
